Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO GHALLA ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

GHALLA ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Because our premium features and subscription plans are delivered digitally and access is granted instantly upon successful payment, we enforce a strict, absolute no-refund policy.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, under no circumstances will a refund, credit, or reversal be issued. This policy applies without exception to all payment types, including but not limited to:

• Monthly or annual subscription payments
• One-time premium feature purchases
• Partial or unused subscription periods
• Accidental or duplicate purchases
• Purchases made by unauthorized users on your account
• Dissatisfaction with the Services for any reason
• Failure to cancel a subscription before auto-renewal
• Technical issues, device incompatibility, or connectivity problems on the user's end
• Changes to pricing, features, or availability of the Services

By completing any payment transaction with GHALLA, you explicitly and irrevocably acknowledge, accept, and agree that your payment is entirely non-refundable and that you waive any right to dispute the charge or seek a refund through any channel, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment processor disputes, or legal proceedings.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the GHALLA app or through the payment provider (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Razorpay). Upon cancellation:

• Your premium access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
• No further charges will be applied after the current billing cycle ends.
• No prorated or partial refund will be provided for the remaining days in the current billing period.
• After the paid period expires, your account will automatically revert to the free tier.

It is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle. GHALLA is not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel in a timely manner.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor in violation of this Refund Policy, GHALLA reserves the right to:

• Immediately and permanently suspend or terminate your GHALLA account without notice.
• Restrict your access to all Services, including any data stored in your account.
• Pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal and collection channels.
• Charge additional administrative fees for processing the dispute.

4. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If GHALLA offers a free trial period for premium features, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends. Once the paid subscription begins, the strict no-refund policy applies in full.

5. Service Modifications

GHALLA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. In the event of a complete discontinuation of the Services, GHALLA may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer credits for future services but is under no obligation to provide refunds for any previously paid amounts.

6. Acknowledgment

By using the GHALLA application and making any payment, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy in its entirety.
• You agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
• You waive any claim to a refund or reversal of payments made to GHALLA.
• You understand that this policy is a material term of the agreement between you and GHALLA.

7. Governing Law
